Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with our products and service. We guarantee products for one year from date of purchase. If you are anything less than completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for an exchange or a product refund.

If you discover a problem with your order, please call our Customer Service line at (843) 380-3010 or email our Customer Service Department at: support@considerthebirds.com. Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Specialist are available Monday–Friday from 8:30 am–5:00 pm EST. We might be able to offer a solution that is quicker and more convenient for you than returning your item. For example, we are often able to send you replacement parts or help troubleshoot a problem. We’ll do our best to make you happy.

If you still wish to return the item after speaking with a Customer Service Specialist, they will give you detailed instructions for how to return your product.

In addition to your returned item, please include the completed Return Instructions found on the back of the order summary that was sent with your shipment. If you no longer have that paper, please send a brief note providing your name, billing address, order number, reason for the return, and how you want the return to be handled. You will not be charged for shipping and handling on your replacement order.
